Important Considerations:

• This is a newly developed neighborhood still undergoing construction, so expect to see workers and equipment in the area. Landscaping in the front and backyard is ongoing.
• Please respect quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM due to the residential nature of this community. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted.
• Parking is available in the driveway and garage only; street parking is not allowed.

During your stay, you'll have access to the entire home, with the exception of a few locked closets and cabinets. Keep in mind that while beach essentials such as body boards are provided, snorkeling gear is not included.

Please review our specific cancellation policy before booking, especially noting that refunds are not available within 30 days of check-in when booked through our website. A security deposit of $500 USD will also be required.

Our property maintains a strict no-smoking policy, which carries a penalty fee of $500 USD for violations. While pets are generally not permitted, a fee of $200 per pet applies if you must bring one. Additional charges will apply for guests beyond six, at $50 per person, per night.
